Hey guyssssssssssss, I know it has been ages since I wrote something about myself or gave you an update of what I have been up to. I must say life has been happening and i’m so happy to be writing to you right now. A lot has changed since the last time , a lot has happened. There’s been laughter, tears, joy and all the emotions you can think of but i am pleased to say i’m in a very good place in my life right now.

Some people still message me to ask if i’m in port harcourt cos I remember my post on “10 Things I started doing that changed my life “ showed I moved out of calabar to port harcourt. Well, I moved back to calabar for reasons I can’t document right now and I’ve been in calabar since January 2019 and yes!! I stopped teaching too.

Moving back took a major toll on me in every aspect and 2019 from June to maybe October was a roller coaster of emotions from regret of moving back to anger on the reasons I had to move back etc, loneliness too was part of it cos most of my friends were out of town or very busy so I had to do a lot of adjusting from being too busy to have a drink during the weekend to having so much time on my hands. My plan at first was to enjoy the luxury of time, explore the city and then move into other cities in Nigeria. You know!! Take this travel thing seriously. But when I checked my account balance, I had to advise myself. So what did I do?????

My fav photo of me in the world right now

I STARTED A BUSINESS – This is major for me guys. Me? Dodeye? Starting a business? Don’t get me wrong, it’s always something I wanted to do, you know!  But have a manager,  an accountant.. a whole company and just walk in everyday looking like a boss , give orders and go live lavida loca with my other rich friends.. HAHAHA , but the universe didn’t key into my plan so I had to start with me doing everything.  It’s a few months over a year since I started my business and I see growth which I think is the most important thing for me. I don’t do everything anymore but I don’t have a manager and an accountant yet. We are getting there. To check out my business click on

I BECAME VERY ACTIVE ON INSTAGRAM – Guess what? Some people even call me an influencer, I get a couple free stuff and some money to promote brands ( Fashion, hair, skin ,shoes, food ) mostly made in Nigerian brands. I started doing a lot of beauty shoots too like the ones you can see on this post 😉 promoting makeup artists, photographers and products like Fascinators, skincare etc . This one is fun 🤣 and I enjoy every bit of it. Infact I intend to take it more seriously and also be more consistent on my YouTube. ( I have plans oo)

I LOVE COOKING : Yes, if you knew me before, you will know that cooking wasn’t something I liked doing. In my 2 yrs in port harcourt, I cooked soup like 5 times and then a combination of other meals like 20 times and i’m not kidding. I still love eating other peoples food but I cook more now, infact I now experiment on different recipes . Wife material yes? Lol 😂

I have worked a couple jobs since this period and the experiences have been different but important. I will update you more often #peaceout

Me, Before a Shoot

I haven’t been as consistent on here in any aspect and I know I shouldn’t be promising anything but I have gotten a certain balance right now where I can effectively manage my time and drop something here from time to time. Every month maybe? Can we work with that? I’m sure.

.

.

Thank you so much for always checking in, I promise to try my best to do my bit. WHAT HAS BEEN GOING ON WITH YOU LATELY? ANY MAJOR CHANGE? Pls share
