<p>So I have not had time to visit restaurants this year as I used to. I&#8217;m back and better.</p>
<p>My friend told me about two new restaurants in Port Harcourt, so I decided to try them. I&#8217;ll review the restaurants and post pictures for your viewing pleasure, so sit back, relax and let me take you on a ride (pun intended).</p>
<p><em><strong>WOOD HOUSE CAFE</strong></em>: This is located in the heart of Port Harcourt city, I’m guessing the heart is GRA, (correct me if I&#8217;m wrong) but everything happens there.</p>

<p><strong>Architectur</strong>e: It is a &#8220;bistro&#8221; restaurant with nice wooden decorations. It has a traditional yet modern look, the special meals and drinks for the day are written with a chalk which I think is really catchy.<br />

The bar has some really nice quotes and it&#8217;s beautiful to look at. The chairs are properly set up even if it seemed far away from each other, I got them to adjust it. They also have a place to sit outside, the chairs outside look like a sewing machine, you can be exercising your legs while eating.<br />

<p>There&#8217;s a big glass window to see people inside from outside which I think added a nice touch to the restaurant.<br />

<p><strong>Extras</strong>: It has a book shelf that consists of books which you can read while waiting for your food, and board games that you can play with your friends or alone “Ha-ha” .<br />

It&#8217;s a really nice place to go alone, relax, work and think, or with friends to catch-up, play games and eat of course.</p>
<p><strong>THE FOOD</strong> (Dinner): I went for dinner with my sister and my friend. I ordered &#8220;Special fried rice&#8221; and &#8220;grilled chicken&#8221; OMG!!!!! I really enjoyed my food. The rice tasted almost as good as an amazing sexual experience. <img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-429" src="https://dodeyescorner.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/IMG_8122-225x300.jpg" alt="" width="225" height="300" /><br />
My friend ordered Jollof rice. I tasted it, I think it was really spicy but he enjoyed it, he said it tasted like an Indian meal. My sister ordered some chips and sauce etc. I didn&#8217;t taste it but she ate it all so I&#8217;m sure it was good. My friend is very selective when it comes to food, he tasted all the dishes we ordered that evening and he loved all so it&#8217;s a 9 over 10 for them cos 1 is for me.</p>

<p>I also really liked how the water and chapman were served. They paid attention to every detail.<br />

<p><strong>(Breakfast)</strong>: I believe if you like something, you should go back to it. I went back to WOOD HOUSE CAFE for breakfast with my friend (I know how to talk about nice stuff and get people to visit or buy) so I&#8217;m your girl if you want to advertise stuff. #leggo<br />
I ordered the English breakfast ( This comprises of pancakes, eggs, waffled, toasted bread, baked beans, sausage, some honey etc)</p>

and he ordered the African breakfast (boiled irish potatoes and egg sauce) they have other options.</p>

<p>I preferred his to mine, mine tasted good too but it was a bit too much and difficult to eat so I packed most of it home.<br />
I ordered the Oreo milkshake, I&#8217;m not a fan of tea or any milk and chocolate mix but I liked this one.<br />

I have to add. The food, drinks etc. are fairly priced too. Very affordable</p>
<p><strong>SERVICE</strong>: Amazing service, very respectful, responsive, ever smiling people. I love</p>

<p><em><strong>GO GREEN RESTURANT AND CAFE</strong></em>: Healthy eaters, this place is for you. It is also located in GRA.</p>

<p><strong>Architecture</strong>: Really nice setup. I loveeeeeeee the decor of this place. Walking into this place made me start feeling bad about the burger and other unhealthy food I have been eating. The quotes about health, the waiters dressed in watermelon outfits and the colours they used are just amazing.<br />

<p><strong>FOOD</strong>: I went with my friend and we both had smoothies. I had &#8220;Tropical Fiji&#8221; and he had &#8220;Hi fiber &#8220;. I tasted both as usual but I preferred mine. His own was super thick and difficult to suck out of the straw. Mine was sweet, not so thick and easy to suck out. Oh!!! The smoothies were so filling, we couldn&#8217;t eat in, so we took our food out.<br />

<p>He had potatoes and snail sauce, I had rice and vegetable. See!!! You people need to go and eat it o cos this vegetable was too sweet, they put fish, gizzard and things I don&#8217;t know but I was just chewing and swallowing.<br />
My friend called me, telling me how sweet his own was, I think his tasted better than mine from how he talked about it. He ate his twice, I ate mine twice, and my sister also ate a portion of mine. The food is so much.<br />

<p><strong>SERVICE/PRICE</strong>: I didn&#8217;t pay a lot of attention to the people but I didn&#8217;t have any reason to complain. I don&#8217;t think the food here is cheap but cheap is relative. I&#8217;m sure the money spent will be worth it.</p>
